Payment Policy

Prepay/Non-Refundable Rate (6 pax):

Payment is to be made in full at the time of booking. No changes, modifications or cancellations are allowed.

Standard Rate (6 pax):

To secure a booking we require a credit card and a 50% deposit of the total accommodation booked or the full amount of accommodation at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% must be paid/or will be charged to the credit card provided 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Payments can be made by Visa, Master card or direct payment into Pacific Palms nominated bank account.

Cancellation Policy

Prepay/Non-Refundable Rate (6 pax):

No changes, modifications, cancellations or refunds are permitted.

Standard Rate (6 pax):

Our cancellation and non-arrival policy apply to all standard bookings. Cancellations must be in writing.

Cancellations received at least 61 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit, less an administration fee of 15%.
Cancellations received between 31 - 60 days of arrival will be charged a 50% of the total booking, less an administration fee of 15%.

Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.


Cancellations/Changes to Bookings made by Pacific Palms Luxury Villa:

Whilst we endeavour to provide all facilities advertised we will not be liable for compensation in the event we are forced to provide limited services, cancel or change your booking in any way as a result of situations outside our control which we could not foresee or avoid such as civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, fire, flooding or any COVID19 related disruptions. We highly recommend that all guests take out the appropriate travel insurance.
